In other words, these actors gained a strong foothold in to Indian politics though the Tamil film industry and were able to establish their political ideologies very successfully. Later, Tamil Cinema after 1970 till now has changed lot more and it started to produce variety of subjects to entertain the Tamil audience and also other audiences all over the world. Importance of Tamil Cinema: Tamil Cinema served as a best platform for most of the talented persons who belonged to different fields such as music, art, writing, dance, singing, acting and so on. Most of the Tamil scholars, Tamil writers and carnatic singers were able to establish their talents with the help of this Tamil Cinema.
